The Royal Docks Meet the Buyer is fully funded by London City Airport in partnership with the London Borough of Newham for local suppliers to engage directly with large buyers in a series of private, pre-booked sales meetings. Our bespoke matching service allows you to fully tailor your approach and pitch to senior procurement executives who have specified what they are looking for and the size of the contracts in advance.

The Royal Docks Meet the Buyers offers an opportunity to connect and trade with regional and national buyers and is fully funded by London City Airport for local SMEs located in Newham, Islington, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Lewisham, Greenwich, Southwark, Lambeth, Bexley, Bromley and Croydon.

 

Through precise matching services, we ensure that you can fully tailor your approach and pitch to procurement representatives who have specified what they are looking for and the size of the contracts in advance.

 

This is your opportunity to meet face – face with 20 buyers who are actively sourcing, issuing tenders, obtaining quotes and awarding supplier contracts.

Our process is easy:

  • Before the event: select which buyers and projects are of interest to you and sign up for the pre-event workshop

  • At the event: you follow a personalised schedule of one-to-one appointments

  • After the event: keep in touch by participating in our post event workshops
